How to find us

 

Via public transport, from the Geneva train station (Cornavin)

  • Take the number 15 tram, direction Palettes
  • Get off at the stop "Palettes"
  • Walk to the bus stop, just around the corner on the chemin des Palettes
  • Transfer to the number 23 or 42 bus, direction "Ziplo"
  • Get off at the stop "Centenaire" - you are in front of our building
  • The entry is on the corner (Chemin des Aulx), and Metrolab is on the third floor

Via car, from the Geneva airport (Cointrin)

  • Take the A1/E25 highway direction France
  • Take the last exit before the French border, Plan-les-Ouates/St. Julien (right-most lane)
  • Turn left at the light at the top of the ramp, onto the Route de St. Julien
  • Turn left again at the second light, onto the Chemin de la Galaise
  • Continue to the round-about and turn right onto the Route de Base
  • Turn right again at the next round-about, onto the Chemin du Pont-du-Centenaire
  • Ours is the second building on the right, with yellowish metal siding
  • Parking is up a ramp (watch for "P privé" sign), in places 57-66 (2nd - 11th place on left side of second row - look for "Metrolab" logo on ceiling beams)
  • The entry from the parking enters on the first floor, and Metrolab is on the third floor

Returning Goods for Repair

Should you have trouble with any of the Metrolab products, you should first contact your local representative.

Please check the distributor list for the representative closest you.

If your local representative cannot correct the problem, please contact Claude Thabuis for an RMA number. He will setup an RMA and provide instructions on shipping.
